The Regional Business Conference Staff and the SAACURH Executive Committee are hard at work crafting a schedule for the weekend. Please see the schedule below, and stay tuned for the boardroom schedule!
Pre-conference philanthropy will involve
delegates collecting canned goods
and hygiene products for Smoky's
Pantry. Schools flying to the
conference can consider bringing
dental products or soap. Monetary
donations are accepted. Checks should
be made out to Smokey's Pantry. See

On-site philanthropy will
partner with the American
Foundation for Suicide Prevention.

This conference will be a zero waste conference!!
We will be working with UT Recycling to provide an adequate amount recycling bins and compost bins "make orange green." There will also be compostable silverware on Saturday. We encourage delegates to bring a water bottle/ coffee thermos to reuse.
Things to know
Three main buildings will be used for boardrooms and closing ceremonies. These buildings are Strong Hall, the Student Union, and the Fresh Food Company in Stokely Family Residence Hall. Click here for a campus map.

Vans have been reserved to pick up delegations from the airport.
An on-call staff member will be staying at the hotel for emergency transportation.
Friday transportation will be using Fleet Management Transportation from 1:30-6:30pm. T-buses will be used for transportation the rest of the weekend. Schedules and routes will be given out in registration packets.

Bid reviews will be due by regular check-in this year at RBC through the use of a google form! Everything you will need to complete bid reviews- bid review spreadsheets and detailed written instructions are located in the Bid Vault under Bidding Guides/Resources 2018-2019 which will be released when bids are released.
Please take the time to read the Bid Review Instructions under the resources for bids this year.
Bids can be found in the bid vault by both year and category.
Note: While the Distinguished Service Award and Hallenbeck Service Award bids are in the bid folder, you do not need to complete bid reviews on them, as the SEC will be selecting the winners for those awards.

Lodging & Dinning
All delegates will be staying at the Hyatt Place in Downtown Knoxville.
Continental Breakfast will be served every morning for breakfast from 7-10am. There is even a Starbucks attached to the lobby!
Friday dinner will be held at the Fresh Foods Company in Stokely Family Residence Hall. Saturday and Sunday breakfast will be held at the hotel. Saturday lunch will be in the Student Union. The Saturday night banquet will be held in the new Student Union ballroom.
