Institutions will be allowed to bring 7 delegates and 2 advisors to the Regional Leadership Conference. Institutions that are bidding to host a regional conference may bring up to an additional (2) delegates.
Pre-Conference: Agents will collect children books on their campus and donate them to local schools (Agents may also bring the books to the conference.) Print and bring Philanthropy Donation Form upon check in at RLC.
At-Conference: Agents will collect old t-shirts on their campus and bring to the conference and during the conference, agents will make toys for animals at local animal shelters in Carrollton and surrounding cities.

UWG will be providing transportation from the Atlanta Airport (ATL), as well as shuttles between hotels and conference locations.
UWG is centrally located within SAACURH, and driving/carpooling is recommended and encouraged! There will be plenty of parking available.

Spy Dossier (Banner) submission is closed. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions or concerns. As a reminder, the dimensions must be 8.5x11. In your Spy Dossier, include the conference theme and how your delegation shows Louie Love!
The Gadget/Display dimensions are 2 ft by 2 ft by 2 ft. The gadget will be graded on best use of conference theme, institution pride, creativity, and SAACURH spirit!

Bids & Bid Reviews

Bid reviews are formatted as Google Sheets documents this year!
Complete by adding a copy to your personal Drive, or downloading as an excel document and filling out. Bid reviews are due October 13th at 11:59pm EST and are required for your institution to have voting rights in boardroom. Please submit bid reviews by emailing them to CO-NBD Alaina Cole at email@example.com.
Institutions with NRHH chapters will be required to submit bid reviews for both Program of the Year and RLC 2018 Host, while institutions without NRHH chapters will only be required to submit bid reviews for RLC 2018 Host (though are welcome to review the POY bids)!
