  • Registration is now closed for all schools with the exception of UNC Wilmington

  • The Delegate cap is 8 for each institution (up to 11 if bidding). This can be 1 advisor and 7 delegates, 2 advisors and 6 delegates, and etc. There are no restrictions so long as the group does not exceed 8 members.

  • Registration will take place at Tower Hall at Centennial Campus. 

  • Registration Costs:

    • Delegates- $175​

    • Advisors- $235

    • Advisor single- $375


  • All meals will be held in Talley ballrooms and catered by RAVE! Event Services  

  • All meals will be buffet style self serve

  • Vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options will be available.


  • The five programming categories are Wildlife Tracking (Self-care), Lion's Pride (Diversity/Inclusion), One with the Pack (Community Building), Tour Guide Training (Leadership Development), and the Watering Hole (Miscellaneous).

  • Off campus philanthropy will involve delegations bringing socks to be donated to Raleigh Rescue Mission.

  • On campus philanthropy will involve delegations packing kits for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. 


  • Spirit challenges will be held in the weeks leading up to the conference and during the day Saturday!!

  • “Going on an Adventure” - A 10-15 second, silent roll call video may be submitted by October 10th to

  • “Strength of the Pack” - A landscape, 11 x 8.5 banner may be submitted digitally by October 10th to

Things to review



Stateview Hotel

  • Grab and Go breakfast will be provided in the rooms.

Hilton Doubletree

  • Shuttles will be provided for those staying at the Doubletreee

  • Continental breakfast is included.


  • Reserved parking will be available in Reynolds Parking Deck, this includes reserved parking for busses.

  • Wolfline Busses will run from Hotels to Talley during check-in, after hours, and before banquet.

  • ADA accessibility golf carts will transport people to and from programming locations.

  • Rental vans will be offered to pick delegations up from the airport as they arrive.

  • The conference will utilize Native Energy for Carbon Offsets and establish a partnership within our campus.

  • The conference staff is aiming to host a net-zero conference in relation to our carbon emissions!
