WHAT ARE SPIRIT POINTS?
Spirit Points are SAACURH's incentive point system created to recognize member schools and increase engagement in regional initiatives. Each member school affiliated with NACURH in the South Atlantic region is eligible and encouraged to compete in Spirit Points. The winning member school will be announced at the NACURH Annual Conference.

WHY GET SPIRIT POINTS?
Spirit Points are designed to reward member schools for their participation and excitement for the region and NACURH. Potential points include, but are not limited to, the following categories:

Affiliation

Regional Involvement

Conference Involvement

Engaging with SAACURH social media
HOW DO SPIRIT POINTS WORK?
So, your institution is ready and excited for Spirit Points. But how do they work?

Participate in a Spirit Point Initiative.

The SAACURH Coordinating Officer of Public Relations & Spirit (CO- PRS) will record your member school's points.

Point Standings will be updated periodically and can be found under the Regional Spirit tab on the SAACURH website

Spirit Points will run until the last day of the NACURH Annual Conference.

Points will be calculated and a winner will be announced at regional recognition.

All Social Media related Spirit Points will be tracked by the CO-PRS.
