Andrew Taylor

Coordinating Officer for Public Relations and Spirit
Aarya Patel

Manage the SAACURH Listserv in coordination with the Regional Director and AD-AF.

Act as the regional historian by maintaining the regional archives through the database and ensuring the safe passage of the archives to the new CO for Public Relations and Spirit or the Regional Director

Oversee and lead spirit initiatives before, during, and after regional and NACURH conferences.

Define opportunities and update standings for the regional spirit competition and publish results on the regional website.

Create content in order to maintain regional social media platforms and interact with the region digitally.

Regional NRHH Advisor
Justin Sanchez

Maintain contact with the NRHH advisors in SAACURH and hold monthly NRHH advisor chats and/or establish an NRHH Advisor Committee to support campus NRHH advisors

Assist in the development of bids for submissions to regional and NACURH levels

Serve as the NRHH boardroom advisor at conferences

Regional Leadership Conference Chair
Ilia Young

Plan their respective Regional Conference (Business/Leadership)

Prepare and present monthly reports on the status of the conference including detailed financial reports to the SEC.

Attend all regional SEC chats from the time of selection until the acceptance of the Wrap Up Report for their respective conference by the Regional Director and Conference Resource Consultant.

Attend all NACURH-affiliated conferences prior to the conference that they are hosting.

Associate Director of Administration and Finance
Will Hupp

Oversee the preparation and the expenditures of the annual SAACURH budget in conjunction with the Regional Director

Have signature authorization on the SAACURH account, along with the Regional Advisor

Coordinate all grants offered by SAACURH

Interpret the Constitution, Bylaws, and Policy Book, when necessary and to notify the NCCs over proper media

Coordinating Officer for RHA Development

Coordinate participation and activities of RHA Presidents on the regional level

Coordinating Officer for Leadership and Advocacy

Create and distribute case studies (or equivalent initiatives) to member institutions and coordinate the case study competition at the Regional Leadership Conference and Regional Business Conference

Provide updates regarding Regional Philanthropy Projects, Advocacy initiatives, and Leadership resources available to the region

Regional Advisor
Hailey Bryan
